I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly. However, there were some issues with hot water in the room. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge, but there was a miss in customer service training. The dining options were varied, but there were some service orientation improvements needed.
